Hot flash relief

The combo of menopause plus estrogen blockers for breast cancer can leave me a sweaty mess. It’s more than an inconvenience it can be socially debilitating as well to be in public when the meltdowns happen. Embr gives me a tool to help me manage the symptoms. I like knowing I have a non pharmaceutical way to manage the heat flashes.

I haven’t had my new Embr long, but I can tell you I really like it. The settings are easy to navigate. They’re many options to choose from. The educational information was intriguing. It’s a Go for me. Love my cool settings !

I am a 72 year old woman who suffers from severe hot flashes, to the point I am soaking wet. I’m not sure if it’s just the harmony and estrogen thing or it’s medication or all three things. Result I’m suffering. My husband got me the Eber Wave for Christmas. It helps quite a bit. If I catch the heat wave before it begins it curbs the hot flash quite a bit. I am happy I have some relief.

I received this as a Christmas gift and absolutely love it. I’m cold all the time and it feels so good when the warm wave comes. Can’t wait to see if it evens out my internal thermostat with some time.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it was the best thing I did. It helps me relax and sleep better. I was very worried I would be wasting money on something that didn’t work for me but I was completely wrong.
