If your heat sensitive will it cool you down quickly? I have hot flashes as well.

I enjoyed having the opportunity to try the wave. I have severe hot and cold flashes due to breast cancer treatments and the wave felt good when the initial vwave of cool hit but just didn't last long enough , and my hot flash would Continue to build momentum. The warm wave was a bit more effective for me. I returned the wave.

So far so good. Seems to work well, my one complaint is the metal band yanks my hairs from my wrist, not something that I have issues with watches or bracelets in past.

I love my Embr Wave 2 BUT I loved my first & 2nd Embr Waves (both original model) even more. The smaller wave space really makes a difference to me.
However, that being said, I really appreciate the round face of the Wave 2.

Life Changer.

This device may change my life. It was been gray and dismal recently and I have found the embr wave2 makes my twice daily dog walks (which we do rain or shine) much less miserable. I am looking forward to using it to make the heat of summer and I anticipate it will be equally effective on that end. Also, it was a snap to set up and to use with the app.

It works great for short, 3 min spans are excellent. The 8 hour works but it seems by morning it’s not as effective. I’m not sure though.

I am so grateful to have received the Ember Wave 2 as a Christmas gift! Truly one of the best gifts ever! I have been struggling with hot flashes that make me feel nauseous and disrupt my sleep. My Ember Wave 2 dramatically decreases the duration and severity of the hot flashes, and I can’t image what I did without it! Thank you for creating this amazing product!
