I am amazed at how this works. After a bout with cancer I have been plagued with hot flashes and was desperate for relief. I am glad I decided to get the Embr Wave. I only wish the battery stayed charged longer.

I have had my Embr Wave 2 for almost a month and I could not be happier! It took a week or so to get used to how it functions and to tailor the settings to my preferences, so if you get one, don't give up on it too soon! Now that it is fine-tuned to my needs, it's great! I purchased it mainly to use the cooling function for hot flashes, but it's great for warming on cold mornings also!

Premenopausal medication induced hot flashes made sleeping very difficult. I desperately searched for natural ways to alleviate symptoms and stumbled upon Embr Wave. I am thankful it is working very well and with no side effects! I tell everyone about it including my physicians. This device should definitely be recommended.

The cooling feature is ok,

The cooling feature is ok, but the top of the device gets hot between cooling waves which basically defeats the purpose.

Love my Wave

Love my Wave 2! I have had 21 years of hot flashes at an average of nearly one per hour. I use my Wave 2 99.9% of the time for cooling, but i have used it for warming. too. I wish I had this before I retired. Work would have been much better with a way to deal with hot flashes. I appreciate the flexibility of presetting the buttons. I wish the instructions would have been more clear about recharging or had at least given the web page to more information. It was extremely helpful. I am still trying to get the overnight setting for night sweats to work better.
