Hot flash

I hit menopause 10 years ago and had an occasional hot flash last year I had breast cancer and the anti hormone med I will be on for 5 years has intensified the hot flashes. It is a great cooler

Finally! Hot flash relief

Eleven years of multiple daily hot flashes behind me and I never knew that there was something out there to help until my sweet husband saw an ad and insisted I try. What a relief I’ve found with my Wave2! I’ve never been more pleased and I wear it every day as well as bedtime. I’m thrilled my husband encouraged me to try!

I've had mine now for more than 3 years. I have atonic epilepsy, and getting overheated is a primary trigger for those seizures. I am also SPD (sensory processing disorder).
I've consistently been able to cool my body with the EmbrWave on the cooling setting, dramatically reducing the number of seizures triggered by heat. Aside from AE, I can be in a comfortable room, but suddenly take a chill, even my teeth chatter. This can have a staggering effect if not stopped, leading to a full-blown sensory episode (not pretty!). A quick tap to a heat up on the EmbrWave and the teeth chattering stops in less than a minute, and within just a couple minutes, I feel normal again. Stress will also heat my body, so at times I experience high levels of stress, I just tap the unit for cooling, and avoid that heatup entirely.
It's not like it heats or cools you like a good sweater on a cold day, or A/C on a hot one, it just shores up your actual experience of hot/cold to comfort.

Finally Some Relief

I have been suffering with hot flashes for years. Living in a state where it is hot and humid almost year round and working in a job that had me out in the weather didn’t make dealing with them easy. I suffered so many sleepless nights waking with the COVER ON WHEN I GOT COLD FOR A BIT THEN COVER OFF WHEN THE HOT FLASH HAPPENED. I stumbled upon the advertisement for the Wave 2 and was very skeptical. I was desperate for relief and was willing to give it a try and I like that they give you a trial period. After a short time I was sold, I am finding relief FINALLY!!! I have already shared it with others fellow suffers and let them try it to see how it works.

I have had my wave for 4 days. It has worked to cool me down in two too much heat sessions. I would also like to use it at night. However, when I first went thru the questions I said no to blue tooth. Now I cannot set it up because it can’t use Bluetooth. There is NO WAY to change that! They suggest you make a new account with a different email address. I only have one email. Extremely useless without app!

So sorry to hear you're having Bluetooth trouble — we know how frustrating that can be! It looks like someone from our team is reaching out already, so please hang tight. In the meantime, you can use your Wave in its default settings using just the buttons on the device: press the dotted button twice to cool or press the blank button twice to warm. You can adjust the temperature any time: press the dotted button to make things cooler or press the blank button to make things warmer. We do want you to be able to use the app, too, so hopefully we'll be able to get this sorted for you soon!

The design is big and

The design is big and bulky…. The magnetic clasp slides loose, even fell off once. The tool seams to work somewhat but when using the sleep mode for 8 hours the device would become extremely warm to the point it just did not cool down more like shut down. I was excited for this but at my worst moments it really didn’t help.
