Ehh...Not so sure

I've had the Wave 2 for approx. 2.5 weeks now. I honestly can't tell that its working for me. I am giving it a few more days but am afraid it will be returned.

Improved sleep and lower intensity hot flashes

The Wave 2 takes time to get used to, and you do need to experiment with options to see what works best. I use it mainly at night to reduce the intensity of hot flashes. It has definitely helped and my Garmin shows less awake time and less movement (usually caused by a hot flash).
There are a few things that could be improved like the charging method, the size, it gets hot running overnight and you can't override the presets if you need a quick relief cold burst. Overall it is a 3.5 / 5 so far. Good but not great

Must get for hot flashes

As a women going thru the change of life, this is a game changer. Cutting back my poison (aka medicine) and sleeping better at night with the 9 hour cooling. This has changed my life. I highly recommend!!!

Not Cold Enough

I suffer from severe hot flashes and I saw the commercial on tv and purchased this to use along with my estrogen patches. I would say it works if you are having light flashes, however, I go through flashes where I have to wipe my sweat. I still wake up at nights with the wave going wiping my sweat. I wish that this could get a bit colder to send to my body to cool down. I've recommend to a few of my friends, hopefully it will give them some relief as well. But I need the wave to sense a flash and help control it before it gets out of hand.

When I first got the wave I wasn’t sure if it was going to work for my hot flashes because sometimes they are so bad. After about 3 weeks I’m very happy with it . At night it really helps me sleep.

I used my Embr Wave 2 while traveling this week and it helped diffuse a hot flash or two (or half a dozen...). I am convinced that I have more control those crazy "power surges" now that I have my Embr Wave 2 "surge protector". I didn't think I would use the warming feature, but I used it to warm up in freezing meeting rooms during the day. At night, my customized All Night - Cool setting let me sleep the night through with no overheating.

Not a good product for the outrageous price!

I was close to buying this product, until 2 of my friends returned it after the trial period. This must have been a Shark Tank thing. Trust me, You will get the same results by rubbing menthol lotion/ peppermint/icy hot on your wrist & all pulse points! Wanna warm up? Strap a heating pad to your wrist lol. You can buy a small metal disc at your local hardware store. All your getting is something that looks like a fancy watch.
