I'm so grateful for Embrace Wave 2

I have had brutal brutal depression and anxiety since my 12 yr old grand daughter died. I was taking anti depressents and medication for panic attacks. These addictive drugs seemed to do nothing at all especially about the sweats that happened all the time.
My daughter, her mother, told me about Embr wave 2 and it has dramatically reduced the sweats. I was without it for 2 days when I couldn't find it and the sewage and anxiety returned with a vengence. I am so thankful to have it at this at a time that is worse than I can express.

I love my Embr! I have Hot Flashes about every hour. The doctors have tried 3 different antidepressants that helped a little but the side effects were horrible. I’m too old to be on hormones due to the cancer risk. I use my Embr every hour of awake time. It definitely reduces the length of my hot flashes and if I am able to push the button when I first feel my body change then often I can stop the hot flash before it begins! Thank you Embr!!

I've had the Wave 2 for approx. 2.5 weeks now. I honestly can't tell that its working for me. I am giving it a few more days but am afraid it will be returned.

Improved sleep and lower intensity hot flashes

The Wave 2 takes time to get used to, and you do need to experiment with options to see what works best. I use it mainly at night to reduce the intensity of hot flashes. It has definitely helped and my Garmin shows less awake time and less movement (usually caused by a hot flash).
There are a few things that could be improved like the charging method, the size, it gets hot running overnight and you can't override the presets if you need a quick relief cold burst. Overall it is a 3.5 / 5 so far. Good but not great

As a women going thru the change of life, this is a game changer. Cutting back my poison (aka medicine) and sleeping better at night with the 9 hour cooling. This has changed my life. I highly recommend!!!

Not Cold Enough

I suffer from severe hot flashes and I saw the commercial on tv and purchased this to use along with my estrogen patches. I would say it works if you are having light flashes, however, I go through flashes where I have to wipe my sweat. I still wake up at nights with the wave going wiping my sweat. I wish that this could get a bit colder to send to my body to cool down. I've recommend to a few of my friends, hopefully it will give them some relief as well. But I need the wave to sense a flash and help control it before it gets out of hand.

When I first got the wave I wasn’t sure if it was going to work for my hot flashes because sometimes they are so bad. After about 3 weeks I’m very happy with it . At night it really helps me sleep.
