If you push the button

If you push the button right at the first notice of a hot flash, it stops it in its track. If you don't, it helps shorten the duration a bit, sometimes not at all. The key is that you need to notice a change in your system right away. I am so glad I got it, because it has reduced or stopped my hot flashes 90 % of the time.

Leather band

Loving the leather band much more than the original band. It much easier to keep tight on your wrist. I was always struggling with the original band trying to keep it on tight. For menopause woman I also recommend using the full one hour cooling as opposed to the hot flash setting. It seems to help keep the hot flashes more manageable. While putting it in hot flashes setting when one starts it’s too late by that point to help much.
Suggestion for the makers how about a leather band in the rose gold color:grinning:

It slides around a lot so the fit isn't fabulous; I feel the coolness but I don't really feel relief from the hot flashes overall. It's pretty.

I have had brutal brutal depression and anxiety since my 12 yr old grand daughter died. I was taking anti depressents and medication for panic attacks. These addictive drugs seemed to do nothing at all especially about the sweats that happened all the time.
My daughter, her mother, told me about Embr wave 2 and it has dramatically reduced the sweats. I was without it for 2 days when I couldn't find it and the sewage and anxiety returned with a vengence. I am so thankful to have it at this at a time that is worse than I can express.

I love my Embr! I have Hot Flashes about every hour. The doctors have tried 3 different antidepressants that helped a little but the side effects were horrible. I’m too old to be on hormones due to the cancer risk. I use my Embr every hour of awake time. It definitely reduces the length of my hot flashes and if I am able to push the button when I first feel my body change then often I can stop the hot flash before it begins! Thank you Embr!!
