This little gem has saved my summer. I had radation about 6 month ago, plus memopause... phew the hot flashes and intense heat waves were overwhelming. My doctor suggested Embr Wave and this device has been a game changer. I am not longer having the crazy sweating and near heat exhaustion. Ladies this works!! Try it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not amazing or anything. I bought it for hot flashes kind of situations and I’m sad to say so far I haven’t seen a lot of relief. I also feel that the cold feature kind of feels like a weird tingling rather than just cold. Idk if that’s just me or if others feel like that. The hot feature is a little nicer, and kind of relaxing but haven’t necessarily found massive comfort in it. I do like to go to sleep with the warm or cool one on. However, it’s annoying bc they don't really tell u the difference between their different programs and there’s no control over the length of time it’s warm/cool vs the in-between pulses. Just not quite what I was hoping for.

I can find no value in this device at all! Does nothing! Cooling and warming lights do turn on and work, but it does absolutely nothing for hot flash relief!

You’ve still got more than half of your 60-day return window left to send it back for a full refund—but we’d also encourage you to give it a little bit longer if you’re willing! We hear over and over again from people who weren’t sure the Wave was doing anything for them for the first 2, 3, or even 4 weeks but then it all just clicked one day, and they were glad they stuck with it. Whatever you decide, we're grateful that you decided to give the Wave a try and hope you find the relief you need!

I’ve been stunned by the Embr. It is more than a “gadget”. I find it to be most useful on the relax settings. One enhancement is like to see is the length of the band. I have a small wrist and the Embr is still tight and difficult to put on. Adding an inch or two to the band would improve the experience.

Was excited for this. Unfortunately I was only able to use it one day. The charger was faulty and seems to be a common issue that I see from a lot of orders.
