Bought this for my wife. At first she was skeptical and hesitant that this would do anything for her. After a few days she was sold and hasn't removed it except to charge it.

I have trouble with it

I have trouble with it staying cool. If I hit hot flash on phone it cools but I have to hit it a couple times. When I push buttons on embr it only cools for a few seconds then gets warm. It was very expensive so I do not feel like I should have issues with the way it’s working. When it cools for a few minutes it works good.
