The bracelet is moderately comfortable. A little sweaty and itchy. I can't connect on the app. It helps alleviate but not eliminate hot flashes and sweats. Better than nothing if you have the money.$$$

A god send ! I can sleep through the night without sweating and feeling utterly miserable. I can’t shut up about it. The band is comfortable and the app allows for easy programming. This thing actually works. Menopause doesn’t stand a chance! I should have purchased sooner. The best investment ever.

Helps with hot flashes

It does help with lessening the duration of a hot flash but I’m not thrilled with the band. It loosens and mine is changing colour. Wish it showed the time so I didnt have to wear a watch as well.

I call this my “magic bracelet!” I do not handle humidity well at all. Within just a couple of minutes of pressing the button on my Embr Wave…I have relief from any inconvenience!!

I like Ember Wave. It helps me have a good nights sleep. Don’t like that I have to set same routine every night instead of it remembering last routine chosen or letting me set a schedule for weekly routine.

I bought this as a gift for my darling wife, she's been battling menopause for a while now and really really hate those nasty hot flashes:-(
She tried it on yesterday and so far it's a real game-changer:-) as soon as she feels those strange tinglings in her hands or legs she turns it on and it immediately backs off, fantastic!!
I cannot thank you guys enough, she really has gotten her life back:-))
