I love my Embr. Knocks out hot flashes quickly. Have slept better with it as well
I'm a person who never seems to get cold who is now going through the "change". Would be cool if had one just for cooling (maybe slightly cheaper).
Having said that works really well. Slips sometimes when wearing at night to sleep and goes off point. Also as a slightly bigger woman, in order to get against press point that works the best, the "watch" band folds skin, so although I have it working well, I wonder if would work better if moved, but I can't do to folded/puckered up skin/fat.

It didn't work. One time it started to get cold for a few seconds then stopped. Yes it was fully charged. I will be returning this product.

Did not think it would work, saved the box left it on my desk to send it back, but wow it works, my flashes are very intense and EW calms the heat down and I can sleep comfortably.

Didn’t help at all, I had high hopes this would help with both hot flashes and overheating from PPE. Your wrist would feel cooler, but the device cycled off more than it cycled on. To get any relief I kept turning the device on. I had 3 other people in the office tried it for a few days none of us felt relief.

I use mine after workouts, when I feel a hot flash coming on & when my rosacea flares up. Perimenopause recently began and I am 44, so I am going to have to deal with this annoyance for a LONG time! After a week of using Embr I began feeling a difference. Hot flashes were much shorter. After about 2 minutes I felt the hot flash fade away. It's amazing! My husband had trouble sleeping one night and saw a commercial, wrote down the information & asked me to please try it! I'm so glad I did!!
