Perfect for Chemo Induced Hot Flashes

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 38, I was prepared for a lot of struggles but I wasn’t prepared for chemo induced menopause and the hot flashes! I had previously heard about Embr wave and considered buying one to stay warm in the office (I’m usually a freeze baby), but decided against it. Once the chemo hot flashes started I decided it was time to give it a try. I am so happy I did. The relief at night time was a game changer. I can’t explain how bad chemo makes you feel and taking any ‘extra’ medicine is discouraged so this really really saved me during this time. And now that I’m back at work, I use it when it’s freezing in there too! The only downside I have is the top part of the cooling mechanism sometimes gets hot.

I bought the original EMBR Wave when it first came out and just upgraded to the EMBR Wave 2. I like the new look and size of the 2 better than the original but it does not seem to work any better than the original.

I'm so surprised at how well this works on my hot flashes! The intensity and length of the hot flashes have lessened to a manageable level. 100% worth the money for the relief! I also have Raynaud's and was super excited to try the warm function. Unfortunately, I don't find it helpful with my Raynaud's at all, but it's a miracle for hot flash relief!

It WAS great!

I got the Wave 2 for a Christmas gift last year, and by February it was giving me a msg that it was too hot, so it quit working. It took me Months to go through customer service to get a replacement. Finally one by April- I was so happy- well.. until July. Now it refuses to pair with my phone, and so again, I’m out a Wave 2. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because, when it worked- it was amazing. I loved it, but it was short lived.
