I had two regular Embrs but was going to take a cruise and wanted to be able to perhaps use two at the same time so the different app was what decided it. I gave on of my regular Embrs to a friend who has Reynauds, it helps her a lot. I use my old one when I work out so I leave it in my workout bag. I use the new one at home and really like the addition of 9 hours to sleep, I usually sleep at least 9 hours and one weekends, longer. I am susceptible to heat stroke and this has just about shut that down if I wear one when that could be a risk, like workouts.

I’ve only been able to wear it for 2 weeks and now it won’t charge. I’ve reached out to support because they do not provide a phone number and have never heard back.

Really does work! I find both the cooling and heating to be effective. I love the comfort strap and how it doesnt slide down or move when you are wearing it.

It is okay. For the degree of hot flashes that I have, it doesn’t cool me down. And when it stops cooling it feels as thought it is getting hot.
