At first I didn't think it was working but my husband and coworkers noticed I wasn't fanning as often or turning as red as before. I now feel I have to have it on my wrist at all times.....I charge it while I shower.

It’s great!! It is instant cooling or warmth. I do sleep better and hot flashes are way less as the night sweats. Not as severe when wearing it.
Love the warmth when going out in this winter cold weather; especially waiting for car to warm up and running errands.

After much research and purchase of the Embrwave 2. I can finally get relief of menopausal symptoms. I have sever vertigo and everything I do can trigger the vertigo. I'm very happy to say that this device can soothe and give you a piece of mind once again.

It breaks the cycle of the heat flash cuz mine tends to come in waves if I can catch it before the second wave this works a lot!!

Is it worth the cost?

I wish it could go on the same band as a Fitbit or Apple Watch. It if frustrating to reset the intensity after each charge. It does decrease the severity of my hot flashes but does not make them go away. I am on hormone blockers due to cancer, so the hot flashes are intense. If this was less expensive I would highly recommend it, but for the current cost it is unaffordable for most. Hopefully in a couple years it will be less expensive, more user friendly and be compatible to wear with other watch bands.

Kimberly, thanks for your feedback! Quick tip for saving your session intensity: We recommend giving customized sessions a special name using the Rename function so that you can easily locate them again. Just find the one you want to save under Last Used and tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Tap Rename, type in your new name, and then you’ll see in there in your Last Used section. To make it even easier to access again, you can also select Preset from that same menu to assign it to one of the buttons on your Wave. The next time you want to start that session, just press the button you assigned—no need to open up the app or use your phone!

So far so good!!! I use the cooling feature the most, and primarily during the night. I’ve had my Embr Wave maybe three weeks now and I already activate it without thinking, anytime I start to feel a flush.
