Does not stop hot flashes

Does not stop hot flashes but I think it does help. I find it useful to immediately activate it when I feel flashes. Before I had to go to the fan and now I sometimes get enough relief with the Embr Wave.

So far I’m sleeping better

So far I’m sleeping better with the 9 hour cool sleep setting. Less hot wake ups and easier falling asleep.
A friend was over and freezing so I lent it to her and put it on warm. She was so cozy and didn’t want to give it back!
Love it and suggesting it to all my female clients over 40!

Not helping

I've been wearing this for 10 days now and it doesn't seem to be helping with my hot flashes. What it has shown is how many I have during the day and how many times I hit the button to cool down. I've read all the material and gone on line to learn everything I can but it is not helping me. I'm so disappointed because I so want some non-chemical help. These hot flashes have been going on for a year. I'll keep trying for another week. Maybe a Christmas miracle will happen.

Terry, thanks for sharing your experience with us. With our extended holiday return period, you have until January 31 to try your Wave, so plenty of time still to go! We recently surveyed over 500 Wavers to ask how long it took for them to feel the full effectiveness of the Wave. While the majority said 2 weeks or less, about 7% said it took 2-4 weeks and 5% said it took longer than 4 weeks to get the results they wanted. So don’t give up, and don’t be afraid to take your time. Some of us just take a little longer to get there!

I am very glad I purchased the Embr Wave. I have between 20-26 hot flashes a day and have been doing that for the last 5 years. Breast cancer caused me to have to get off hormones. The Wave is giving me some relief by cutting the time they last. I just wish I had gotten the comfort ring as my free accessory. I didn't know that it increases the cooling effect, and I could use more cooling. The website as given me great instructions on using the Wave.
Customer service was very helpful when I was placing my order. My arm and wrist arm small, but it fits very well. I love the magnet closer.

Nice looking device with great benefits.

The device is performing well. It helps to sync with the app to keep track of charging requirements as well as any software upgrades. The design is nice and goes well with my jewelry. Many women have asked me "what are you wearing?", and I am delighted to share the benefits of wearing an Embr Wave. I look forward to wearing the device every day to assist with hot and cold flashes. I am not sure about the shipping process as this was ordered as a gift.

The unit doesn't stay charged

The unit doesn't stay charged for the complete session. The cooling doesn't cycle when I'm in a strong heat flash.
