I bought this for panic attacks and it works even better than I could have imagined. It’s so discrete for me to hit a button and have control over my temperature again. The hot settings can get very, very hot so you don’t need to max out the temperature there. But you have control over how cold or hot with 9 levels available. Very comfortable band that attaches with magnet so easy to put on and also easy to adjust. I have a very small wrist and it does fit me. But obviously has 100% adjustment for most sizes because of that design. I was honestly a little worried about price, if it didn’t do what it claimed it would do. But it was well worth the wait and the price.
It works well with the app so you can control several neat settings that do different lengths or phases of hot or cold, including longer ones for sleep. You can also control some things with button on device too. Tells you in corner of app how much charge is left. I like how quickly it connects to my phone too.
Literally life changing. I’m a functional person with panic attacks now. I have control back. Well worth every penny. Wish this was available years ago.

The device was sleek and it fit well and it was somewhat comfortable. It kept me cooler than I was for about 2 weeks then I started to feel the same heat waves again but I kept wearing it until finally I had to let it go.

The unit itself get really hot to the touch when I'm using it to cool down. I also have difficulty feeling the cycle working as it's running.

I have enjoyed this model so much more. It is a better size for me. It helps so much with my hot flashes and night sweats. I also is great that I can switch and warm when I need to when I get cold at work in the OR.

Dont buy this thing it doesn’t do what its supposed to do. I dont feel cool at all. I think honestly its a garbage and a waste of money. If I could ask for a refund than I would have refund it. If I can give zero star than I would.

I'm still not totally sold...

I'm a little skeptical, still. I will say that it's helped me sleep better at night, but I'm not sure I feel a noticeable cooling. I've also dropped the A/C three degrees to 67 with the cooler weather of fall... in Texas. I haven't tried the warming since I'M ALWAYS HOT. Maybe I can update the review at a later date. One other thing, I sleep on my stomach with my hands under covers or a pillow, and the opposite side of the Embr 2 can get very hot. It basically offsets the cooling aspect to me. It's very comfortable on the wrist, though. The super strong magnetic band is cool, but a little bit annoying when it attaches itself multiple times to the band in a clump. I do wish it was a little bigger to slide over my hand to keep from having to take it fully out of the hinge to put it on. Maybe an upright charging solution next time for easier charging as well, with something to do with the loose band lying around.
