My Wave 2 is probably the BEST web purchase I’ve EVER made. I’ve worn it nearly every day since I’ve bought it. I typically enjoy the cooling feature both during the day and overnight. During these cold Colorado winters, the warming feature sure comes in handy. It’s an investment I have never regretted.

I love the Embr Wave. It's amazing having my own personal thermostat to cool or warm when needed. The hot flashes come on fast and relief is just a click away when I'm wearing my Wave. I couldn't live without it.

I have had my embr wave for approximately two weeks. I have found that it helps during my hot flashes, but I really notice a difference at night when it's on the 8 hr night mode. This product is excellent in my opinion.

Not for me!

I purchased this to relief my hot flashes throughout the night, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I used it exactly as recommended for over three weeks but I didn’t feel any comfort whatsoever.

Zoe, we’re sorry you haven’t been getting relief overnight! If you’ve been using All Night cooling and haven’t found it effective, you might want to consider instead using Fall Asleep cooling when you go to bed and then a shorter, more intense cooling session (like Hot Flash Relief) to quickly help you get back to sleep if you do get woken up with a hot flash. If you program your preferred cooling session to one of your Wave’s buttons as a preset, then you can do this without getting your phone out—just double-press the button and (hopefully) get back to sleep fast! (Search our Help Center for “presets” if you need step-by-step instructions on reprogramming your Wave’s buttons.) Some users find that after doing this for awhile, their bodies begin to respond better to the Wave and they can switch to using All Night cooling again.

Embr 2 not an improvement

After using the Embr2 for quite a while it is not an improvement on the original. I went back to the original. I imagine the Embr2 is just trying to lesson cost of manufacturing.

We always tried to go with the option that most closely aligned with the feedback we’ve received over the years, but we know that different people may have different preferences and not everyone would love every change.
