Not as helpful as I was hoping

I can't get it to stay connected to my phone and its size on my wrist makes it hard to do computer work. Not sure if it is doing much for my hot flashes.

Works well. I’m always cold even in the summer and this helps me to be more comfortable. Hopefully it will do good in the winter when it gets really cold!

Cooling-Hot Flashes

I initially purchased my Wave 2 to try to get some relief from my constant hot flashes and night sweats. I just started using it, so am still learning and experimenting with it. It works GREAT to warm me in our EXTREMELY cold office; however, the cooling and hot flash features/sessions are not as helpful as I'd hoped. I'm still working with it, though, so hopefully as I learn more about it I'll find it more helpful. (Especially in the hot summer months.)

I have horrible hot flashes

I have horrible hot flashes and found the Wave 2 has helped make them more tolerable. Since mine hot flashes are so bad, I would say for anyone with a milder condition, the Wave 2 would be extremely helpful. I have yet to use the warming cycle, since I am already too hot most of the time, but based on my experience with the cooling cycle, I would think it would be most helpful. It is a very expensive device, but if it lasts for several years I would say it is worth the cost. Time will tell! :)

Dreaming of more relief

I have a lot of trouble getting overheated. And I live in Florida. So, it's hell. I am not getting the relief I hoped I would. It does help a little, but just when I feel it starting to help, the "wave" ends and I feel the heat from the little machine and the benefit is lost. So it's been this yoyo for the last few weeks. It does seem to help me sweat less overnight though.

Disappointed but hopeful

I have small wrist so it was a little bulky. I like the look. Ordering was fast and easy. After wearing a few days in hot TX and GA weather I decided to return because it wasn’t cooling as much as I expected. I could bearly feel the coldness and it did not really cool me off.
I retuned for a refund and waiting on next version.
