I love my Embr Wave! My hot flashes are cut nearly in half.
The only thing I would change is the band. I’m not liking the magnetic one, it won’t stay put.

This has been a true lifesaver! I had been suffering from hot flashes and night sweats, due to my medical history, I could NOT take any hormones to help. This has made my sleep regular (with the handy app!), I am able to work without feeling that I will pass out and (bonus) the heating feature has come in handy on cold nights. This is one of those items where you wonder how you ever lived without it. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Embr Wave!

I initially recommended the wave

I initially recommended the wave to my doctors and friends . When I received a replacement it did not work like the first one. It heats up the top frequently and actually causes heat flashes. I have worked with the company to trouble shoot all issues and have not been able to resolve the issue.

I usually joke how my internal thermostat is broken. So I use both the heat and the cold. With my MS i am always freezing even in the summer months when it is sweltering. Just one click. I am all good. Takes the edge right off. Then the night comes and menopause hot flashes hit. Just another click and maybe hit it again. All good. I am a hot mess but this has been a blessing. Passed along to friends and they have gotten them too. Now we all “wonder twins activate, in form of a puddle”. Lol Getting old gracefully as best I can. Thanks so much!

Can help get you through the agony

While I don't think there is a miracle cure or miracle help for hot flashes, the Embr Wave can help get you through them a bit better. The trick is getting used to it; it takes a while to get the hang of using it. Also, it helps if you turn it on the instant you start to suspect one is coming.
Although I have only had to use it once or twice for warming me up when I was so cold I could not get warm, it was excellent for that. I wish I'd had it years ago when I spent decades working year-round in a freezing-cold office.
