Not cold enough - or maybe needs larger area?
Gets warm kept on body or in pocket
too heavy to stay in place on my wrist
having to thread and unthread strap is really annoying

I have night sweats and am cold during the day. I use wave settings during day. I also use 30 minutes or 9 hours at night YES. IS THERE a way to get cold settings programmed for night ???? I’m

It def comes in handy! I love it! They are expensive but worth it. I’d like to get one for my mother but at this time the cost is a bit prohibitive. But if a sale happens or I have a bit extra I will most def be getting one for my mother and possibly my sister as well! They are great for both heating and cooling. It’s made a big difference that’s for sure.

I only using the cooling. The 8 hour sleep mode provides continuous cooling to give me an uninterrupted night sleep. The hot flash mode gives me instant cooling to help reduce the hot flash.
