I bought the Embr Wave 2 and it’s very comfortable on my wrist. The design is discreet enough that I can wear it all the time. The first few days I didn’t really notice much change in my hot flash symptoms but after using the Wave for a few days, hot flashes became better and better. The overnight program with all night cooling really helps and after a week my body seemed to forget to go into hot flashes and my sleep improved a lot. I have RA which can cause hot flashes due to inflammation. I have also used hot and cold settings for comfort and stress and it works great for that too!

I suffered w/ hot flashes for close to 6 months before I saw a commercial for the Embr Wave. I felt it was expensive, but my husband convinced me to give it a try. I felt relief within the first 8 hrs of using it & within 2 days I had figured out a good routine with it. I cannot say enough good things about it!! I'm getting much better sleep as well. I knew I was miserable before, but I didn't realize HOW miserable I was until now. Wow! I went ahead & purchased the soft band w/ velcro & it has been better for my arm as the metal one was a little tight as I had to keep it tight to keep it in the right position. I then misplaced my charger & had to go without it for about 4 days & it was an awful 4 days! There weren't/aren't any chargers in stock to purchase currently, but I messaged the team & they're working on getting more in. I intend to buy a backup when they become available!! I don't ever want to be without this again! You won't be sorry when you get one!

Love the app with the different programs, works pretty well for hot flashes, however the ember metal band loosens around the wrist because the actual unit is too heavy for the watch band.

I also bought one for my husband he had stage 4 lung cancer. It helps him to relax. Also a friends wife had hot flashes like myself recommended the Embr wave to him to get for her. Helps me with hot flashes at night

Yes the wave does do

Yes the wave does do what it's supposed to do. How ever the amount of heat coming off the device while in use (during cool ) is unpleasant!!! Not overly impressed with the way of the docking station for charging.. Wife likes it. She likes the app, interface thing. Do believe it could use some tweeking. Oh the wrist band (per wife) grabs her wrist hairs.

Don’t know how I lived without it!

I have had hot flashes and night sweats for 27 years. That’s right. 27 years. First due to chemotherapy and a hysterectomy in 1996, and since then due to a medication I have to take for the rest of my life. The night sweats were so bad, I had to change my nightgown several several times during the night. I never had a good night’s sleep. I bought the Embr Wave about a year ago and don’t know how I survived all those years without it. Now, instead of changing my nightgown, I just push the little button twice, and am asleep again right away. Thank you so much for creating this amazing product!!
