I have been using my Embr Wave for about 2 weeks now. It gets better with each use. I mainly got it for night time hot flashes. I am definitely waking up less frequently than I was two weeks ago- and not as hot. I believe it is getting much better! I’m excited that I found a solution without hormones! Thank you!!

So far, I have used this through ice, snow, an office environment that can't seem to keep the temperature regulated, and somebody who thinks their house needs to be at 90ﾟ at all times. The Embr has straight slayed it. It has even managed to help me through cooling down at the gym, which is amazing.
I've lost count at how many people I have excitedly put my Embr on at this point so they can see exactly what I'm talking about when I tell them they need one. The battery lasts me all day and night, and charging is simple. As an added bonus, the magnetic wristband is one heck of a thumb hack holder!
Seriously, though, if you are on the fence, I cannot recommend this highly enough! It has helped me through all kinds of temperatures and hormones and workouts. I thought it seemed expensive at first, but the increase my comfort no matter the temperature is 100% worth it. It's also FSA eligible (which is why I hit the "buy now" button).

I received my embr wave 2 two weeks ago and I have used it consistently at bedtime and several times throughout the day. I’m not sure if it’s doing what it supposed to be doing. Sometimes I feel cooler and better and other times I don’t so I’m not sure as of yet if it’s due doing it’s full capacity.

Did not help me with moderate to severe hot flashes/night sweats

I have severe hot flashes. I wore the Embr Wave 2 for 2 weeks at night on the coolest setting for all night cool -- i sweat regardless, and got a horrible rash under my arm where sweat broke down skin between the device and my wrist.
This may work for those with mild to moderate hot flashes but I did not get the benefit I had hoped to get from it.

Needs to be waterproof

So far I love it. I want to see it somehow be waterproof/resistant. I am in the medical/dental field and we need waterproof options. I have ideas on how this could be accomplished if anyone in development would like additional feedback.
