Regulates Temps Well

The device works well - I feel cooler when using the cool setting, and warmer when using the warm setting. It seems to have trouble staying connected to the app and the casing heats up pretty quickly, but it does the job.

The cooling is not as noticeable as I had hoped, although I haven't had any hot flashes to test it on. It does work quite well in a too-cold office. Within a minute or so, I can feel my tense, shivering muscles relax, from my neck and shoulders down to my feet.
Aesthetically, it's a nice looking unit, especially the bracelet. The rose gold is already wearing off the magnet, however.

I used the Ember for a few days after I received it and loved it. I then made the mistake of showing it to my wife and I haven't seen it since. She absolutely loves the thing. It helps her sleep better and keeps her cool/warm throughout the day.

Love The New Embr Wave 2!

I have had the first generation Embr Wave ever since it was introduced several years ago so I was excited to try the new Embr Wave 2. The Embr Wave 2 is slimmer than the first generation and I find that it is more comfortable on my wrist. It works so well at keeping me comfortable, especially at night when I tend to feel cold. I cannot imagine being without my Embr Wave 2!

The wave 2 is very comfortable and easy to wear. It looks nice too. I frequently use the cool settings on high for hot flashes and am very pleased with the results. A winner for me!
