Love my embr wave and it really does cool down my hot flashes. Definitely wear it regularly so your body has time to adjust to working with it. I highly recommend it!!

Impossible to reach support. Wife finally got an email with some instructions. We will try one last time tomorrow but soured on the experience . Disappointed!!! Will likely be returning.

It works great on demand for hot flashes, but I feel the all night cooling is not as effective. I wish I didn’t have to respond to each episode. Maybe time will tell.

I see the benfit of the Embr device. I’m about a week in and am getting the hang of it. I really love the presets in the app for sleep and stress!! The band however isn’t great. It’s either too tight, or too loose. No happy medium. The device slides up and down my wrist and drives me crazy. The device does its job, the band does not.

It took a while but it works

I wasn't sure if it was truly working. Packing up groceries in my coat I hit the button when I felt the hot flash starting and the relief hit my almost instantly. It took about 3 weeks before I noticed the difference!
