I really like the Embr Wave 2, but it's no match for my serious hot flashes...at all. Nada. It's great for mild hot flashes and getting a warm up when I get chills. It does tends to slip down on my wrist and I have to readjust often.

I have a chronic condition in my feet called Erithromylalgia. Whenever they get too warm, they become painful and interfere with my sleep. Embr helps to keep them cool enough that I can sleep and I no longer have to get up and soak them in cold water.

I can’t take hormones to address my hot flashes, and I appreciate having a tool that helps take the edge off of them when they happen. There have also been many times that I have used my Embr Wave 2 to warm me in a cool meeting room. Double benefits!

I have been using it for more than 3 weeks. Device functions as stated but it doesn’t do anything for the night sweats. The claims are misleading.

My hot flashes and night sweats are a bit too much for the embr wave but along with my HRT therapy, it works better. I like the app night setting to help fall asleep and stay asleep. I hope this helps others. I would buy it again.

This gadget really works great to reduce the intensity and duration of my hot flashes. What a wonderful relief! I also find the all night cooling feature helps level off my sleep disturbances due to hot flashes. The app is helpful to control the device and track my use by which I have found the settings that work best for me.

I love my Embr Wave 2. It was very easy to set up. As soon as I feel a hot flash begin, I press the buttons and immediately I feel the cooling start!
The only down side I find is the amt of time that it stays charged. I wear it day and night, and so doing, I have to charge it every 2.5-3 days.
