My Embr Wave works great! I use it mostly during the day and give it a rest at night because I have no need for it yet. As it gets hotter, I am sure that I will be using it during the night..

This works so much better than any drugs. IT is worth it. My dislikes are the band is awful. i find it constantly loose hanging and am forever repositioning. Truly wish it came in more colors i am not a fan of gold tones. Prefer silver.

Impossible to reach support

I got mine for Christmas but by February, it wouldn’t work anymore- it wouldn’t connect. Took forever to try to reach support, and had to make an appointment to get help. They did replace it in March, finally- but it didn’t work by June again- said it was too hot. It worked well- when it worked, but just super disappointed that it doesn’t work- again.

The Embr Wave seems to shorten the length of my hot flashes and does provide some relief. It’s pretty convenient to use and not bothersome at all on my wrist. The rose color blends in with my skin so it isn’t very noticeable.

I've had the Embr Wave 2 for almost 6 months now so I feel like I can make a solid review. I didn't know how much I needed this in my life. I would wake up 10+ times a night overheating due to perimenopause. The first night reduced my waking to 2 and there are nights I sleep all the way through! It's incredibly helpful for hot flashes, but I've noticed that this nicely regulates my temperature so the really drastic hot flashes are very few and far between for me. I bought it for the hot flashes and to help me sleep through the night, but when I saw the stress settings, I gave it a try. I had an incredibly stressful job up until recently and I would do the "Cold Drink" setting along with a few deep breaths and "poof" I could get through those stressful board meetings feeling a bit more in control. I'm not a huge fan of wearing it at work because it is uncomfortable when I'm hours on the keyboard, but I've learned to flip it around like a watch for most of my day, then flip it to my wrist when I need it. I also have LOVED the heat feature when I was out in the winter chill. I ride motorcycles and it's nice to turn this on for a quick heat up when I'm not wearing my heated gear.
The last thing I'd like to add is about service. After 6 months of daily use, I realized my device wasn't charging. One of the pins on the charging plate lost it's spring and had sunk into the charging disk. Since there was no contact, there wasn't charging. I wanted to cry! I didn't know how I was going to survive without it. I was able to manipulate it to charge and then I contacted Embr Wave support. They were awesome and made the warranty replacement on the charger really simple. I really appreciated that it wasn't a battle.
