I like it...it's funny. For some strange reason, I have to had a hot flash as often as I used to. It works! Once need to adjust to their compfort zone. It takes a minute to get used to it. I'm getting there! You won't be disappointed.

Embr Wave did a wonderful job helping control my hot flashes caused by taking Lupron for prostate cancer. Using Embr Wave my hot flashes became less severe and less often. It was also helpful tracking when the hot flashes were occurring.

For hot flashes, the Embr Wave 2 has made a huge difference. It has reduced the severity and length of the flashes and makes them more tolerable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Embr Wave (one was the original, the other two have been the Wave2) I’ve purchased and I couldn’t imagine my life without it! It’s an extension of my arm! It has helped pull me through some physically debilitating times and helped me keep calm when everything else is pushing me otherwise.

The basic functionality of hot-flash damping works, and on that basis I would have rated this a 5. However, of 2 different phones, and one Android pad, I've tried the app, only the pad worked to connect to the device (via Blue Tooth is the only option). Granted, both phones are fairly old (5 and 6 year-old LG models). But also, the brand new Android 13 pad has problems: It was able to connect once during initial setup, but now cannot. I've tried resetting and reinstalling, without success. So if you are after the advanced functions only available via the app, you may be out of luck For the basic functions that are available via the physical buttons on the device, then it works fine.
