I work outside in temperatures up to 113°. I was hoping that the product would provide some relief in that situation but more often than not the device gets too hot to work properly. It does provide good temperature regulation at night.

I really wanted to love the Embr Wave 2! I purchased one to help with my hot sleeping habits, especially during travel when I’m away from my cooling mattress device from another company. I had high hopes that the Embr Wave would keep my body cool when it heats up at night, but unfortunately it did not work for me. In fact, even after a week on the highest setting at night, the battery was working so hard to keep me cool that it became very hot and I was worried the device would break! I had to return it. I do hope that future improvements might work better for me and will keep an eye out. The app itself is great though and it is very easy to use the device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Embr Wave 2 in July 2023 and it is TERRIFIC!! I tried HRT and over the counter supplements to help with hot flashes but nothing works as well as my Embr Wave! So happy I saw the commercial and decided to buy one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the warmer months, I found the Embr Wave2 helped my heat waves and flashes and I do believe it provided relief. Sometimes, I felt that it worked better than others. It is fashionable but sometimes became awkward on my wrist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Wave 1 and the Wave 2. The Wave 2 is more comfortable than the 1, in my opinion. I’ve been on hormone therapy for six years following a breast cancer diagnosis and the hot flashes can be brutal. It’s honestly a comfort to know I have a Wave on my wrist. It doesn’t stop the hot flash, obviously, but it suuuuure makes them so much more tolerable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
