New Embr Wave.

I live in Southern California and I am in menopause. I also have some general anxiety issues. I had the first generation Embr Wave and loved it, but the new release is even better and I think it’s cuter. ( Is that a word? ) I wear it almost everyday and charge it at night. I do not have night sweats, thankfully. The app is easy to navigate, but I usually just click the button twice and start to cool. I have suggested the Wave to many people because it truly does cool me down. Does it warm you, as well? I have no clue because I have set mine to cool only. Lol.

I love this device which keeps me cool at night. The Embr wave 2 allows me to adjust the temperature and the duration. I noticed since I have been wearing it nightly that my sleep has improved.
It also has a comfort, stress and hot flash setting.
I have used all the different settings as needed. I would highly recommend this product.

This device has changed my life! I’m a 50 yr old woman in the middle of menopause and I decided to try the Embr Wave 2. I had seen Wave 1 on TV and had considered getting it but then saw that wave 2 was being released and waited for the new model. It has not disappointed!!!! It has decreased the intensity and the duration of my hot flashes. I no longer feel like I’m melting from the inside out. The heating component is great but I doubt that it will get much use by me lol. If you are on the fence about getting one…..just take the leap and do it! You for sure need this in your life!
