I’ve been using my wave for about 6 months and it has been a life saver. I am going through menopause and the wave really helps with the hot flashes, especially at night with the option of putting it in sleep mode.

I have two embr wave 2's . Due to prior breast cancer I have to take hormone stripping medications. These medications cause serial hot flashes. I got the first one, learned how to program the cold setting for continues 8 hrs and wear to bed. Decided I needed a second one for days. They do not eliminate hot flashes, but I feel that it reduces them and the length of each flash. Man at cancer hospital having same type of treatment/symptoms for prostrate recommended to me.

The Embr Wave has improved my life

I have used the Embr Wave devices for three years now? Started off with a Wave 1 and moved up to the Wave 2 when it came out.
I was getting 6 to 10 hot flashes a day and the Embr Wave allowed me to reduce the intensity greatly if not completely stop each Hot flash.
I used to wake up at night and the bed sheet would be wet underneath me from having hot flashes. The Embr Wave night mode completely resolved that problem. Since I started using it, I have never woken up with a wet sheet under me.
The Wave 2 really improved on the experience. The two buttons allowed me to have a button for during the day, to stop hot flashes as they came up, and a button for the night, to get me 8 hours of nighttime cooling.
The app that came with the Wave 2 allows me to keep track of my hot flashes closely. I can see when they are happening and also know the frequency of the weekly rise and fall of my hot flash incidents.
One interesting use of the Wave devices is when I am in hot weather. I would put on two Wave Devices at the same time, one on each wrist. When I started to get hot because the weather was real hot, I would turn on both devices for 10 minutes and it would cool me off. I could run them on and off all day and never work up a sweat.
The Embr Wave devices have improved my life.

Relieve for men on hormone therapy for prostate cancer.

I have prostate cancer and am on hormone therapy that causes severe hot flashes in men. The Embr Wave 2 helps to reduce the symptoms of my hot flashes so I can get a good nights sleep. It’s been a game changer for helping me manage my symptoms. I recommend it to men on ADT therapy to reduce the effects of the hormone blocking drugs that help keep us alive and continuing to fight the battle against cancer.

I bought mine 4 years ago and it’s still going strong. It has been such a life saver. One push of a button and I’m snapped out of a hot flash, on the other hand when I’m freezing cold once again one push of a button and I’m nice and toasty warm. I highly recommend this to others. I’m so glad I found this product I struggled for a few years with hot flashes before finding this. Amazing product for sure, 100% recommended

Purchased a few months ago and so far loving it. It doesn’t take away hot flashes but definitely gives relief to them. The heat feature is also nice was outside on a cold day (could have used an hot then) and this helped to warm me up. The night time feature for hot flashes is also helpful.
