I love my Embbr Wave!! I especially like it in winter when its cold out, it so helps me warm up, and it also really helps me relax, and prepare for bedtime... I highly recommend it!! It's so versatile and comforting.

It does not work at all. I have to pay a lot because I am in Europe and the product comes from USA, and after the cooling experience it almost doesn't exist. It's a shame, because it really would have been what I needed.

I really like the core functionality. I find the constant heat pulse to be calming. This is a very interesting tool that I would never have conceived of had it not been created.
There are some downsides. The band it came with was borderline unusable, and I find myself having to adjust the device constantly because I can't feel it. I was torn between a 3 and a 4 for my overall rating but decided to round up because I really like the device, in spirit even if it's not perfected in its current incarnation

This very expensive device has zero impact for my hot flashes. During the night the side not touching the skin heats a lot and counteracts any cooling impact.
