I have had my Embr Wave 2 for about nine months. I really love it. It takes the edge of menopause hot flashes but I have also used it when I am cold during the winter. I do wish the edges were smoother because it is beginning to catch on clothing.

Okay so I mostly love this, but I think the technology needs to be perfected. It does help me cool down/warm up moderately. I suffer from moderate-severe hyperhidrosis, so I don't expect this to help me 100%. The issue I have is that, when it's cooling, the actual product heats up bc it's using power, so it almost counteracts the true intent of the product. It results in my wrist inadvertently alternating from extreme cold to extreme warmth (which is uncomfortable). This technology needs improvement. Also the battery life isn't ideal. I wish it lasted much longer. If these issues were fixed, then this would get a 5/5. I'm looking forward to the embr wave 3

Great cooling results!

I bought my first Embr Wave 2.5 years ago and love the cooling results it provides. I had a few issues with the magnetic wrist band not holding and problems with connecting the Wave to the charger, but I was able to resolve these issues with Embr Waves Lab.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have two Embr Wave 2 units - one for day and one for night. The charge will last for a full day but then I have to take it off to charge. Highly recommended! I have told many people about my experience with this hot flash relief.

I've owned/used my Embr Wave 2 for about 10 months now. Like many folks my age, I find that my body has difficulty controlling my personal body temperature. I saw an advertisement and was intrigued. I bought one, and much to my delight, found that it was just what I needed to keep myself from removing clothing layers and adding them back on multiple times throughout the day. I don't dread the over cold air-conditioned rooms anymore and I know that I can cool down when my body is on overdrive, on the heat side. Who would known I could control hot and cold spells with the touch of a button! I am very pleased with my EmbrWave2! I am always recommending it to my friends and even strangers who inquire, "watch are you wearing"?
