Easy to use and effective!

My husband bought me this as a present. My favorite time to use it is in the evening when I have most of my hot flushes, and to fall asleep. I like the fall asleep cool setting.

Great product! Really works

I rented my Embr wave about a year ago with the sole reason being a trip to Europe. I knew we were going to be in some very warm.places and not have air-conditioning at night. I used this for my night time hot flashes during this trip and had three weeks of amazing sleep. It worked so well, I have used it all year every night to control my night time menopausal hot flashes. I sleep so well and almost never wake in a hot sweat anymore.

Better sleep plus stress relief with the Embr Wave

I’ve had my Embr Wave for about 9 months and I love it. If you get hot while sleeping, the Embr Wave will help you get to sleep and stay asleep. If I don’t wear it to bed now, I don’t sleep as well as with it on. It helps relieve my anxiety in a stressful situation. It helps calm me down almost immediately. I’ve considered buying a second to have as a backup. It also helps cool me in hot weather conditions.

I can't live without my Embr Wave 2! I am a surgically induced menopausal breast cancer survivor of 4 years and my Embr Wave 2 is my lifesaver! It's my own personal thermostat and I never leave home without it! Even my husband reminds me if I don't have it on, he knows how much it helps me! I love the discreet style, most people think I am wearing a watch! I love being able to press the buttons and immediately cool down when I am having hot flashes or warm up if I have a cold chill. I have recommended it to so many friends! When I have a friend who is experiencing a temperature issue I let them try my Embr Wave 2 and they fall in love with it, just like me! I read the bad reviews and you really need to give it a try and make up your own mind! It works for me and all of those that I have recommended it to!

I have been enjoying my wave every evening. It is now part of my bedtime routine.
