Great thermal assistance on your wrist!

I got my Embr Wave 2 on the Embrship program knowing it's marketed towards menopausal women as a man dealing with severe night sweats and extremely bad issues with my perceptions of temperature due to injuries to my cervical spinal cord (3 chronic compression injuries, to be exact!) I was a bit skeptical at first but, I was pretty happy with it overall almost immediately. I got it after spending months waking up in the morning having to smell my bedding to determine "is that sweat or urine?" (the cord injuries caused some incontinence issues that have passed now, but the night sweats remain while my body feels like it's burning like hellfire!) and the very first night I wore it, I woke up to a DRY BED!
My wife is menopausal and on HRT but still has hot flashes from time to time and noticed me wearing a new gadget, asked what it was. I explained and let her try it when she was struggling and where I can handle the cold on 5, she loves it but I can't set it beyond around 3.5 for her. This thing is POWERFUL if it works for you!

I have had my Embr wave for over a week and it has reduced my hot flashes so much!! I am sleeping better and able to cool my body all night long!! I am so glad to have something that actually works!!

This device has been a blessing for my Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Raynaud's disease. POTS causes me to get hot and it works wonders on cooking me down. I bought it back in August before going to Disney, I was the only one that stayed cool the whole time. I've been using it ever since! The Raynaud's disease makes me freeze so I love that I can have a hot and cold settings for those moments! Definitely helps me sleep better too!

Better sleep and hot flash relief

I typically have 4-5 significant hot flashes per night that interfere with my sleep. Since I started using the Embr Wave 2 my body temperature is more consistent and I am sleeping better. My hot flashes are shortened throughout the day also at the touch of a button!
