The power is impressive! We make smoothies most mornings, starting with frozen fruit. Even on low, this blends quickly and well. For soups, with meat bits, I use the high. It’s quickly become our go to blending tool

This feels really nice when using, very smooth. Easy to take apart, and you cannot accidentally turn it on because it has a button you need to hold down while pressing the on. This is a nice safety feature.

It can only be used in a deep vessel..splashes if you just try to purée soup in a regular saucepan, for example. It is quite heavy and hard to grip while holding down the buttons, with my older arthritic hands. It does a good job and is so easy to clean compared with the blender.
