This is one of the best small appliances I’ve ever had. I don’t know how I did without it for all these years. The first thing I did was make vegan lentil soup. Smooth and delicious.Also I drink a protein drink every day and it can taste a little shall I say “Sandy” (it is rice based.) since I started using this immersion blender I have thick smooth slushy‘s every day. Depending on how I make it sometimes it tastes like a chocolate milkshake. I say everyone should have one in their kitchen.

The best part is it comes apart and mixing part can go in the dishwasher. It took a few times to figure out how to get it started though. My last on had 2 speeds and that was a nice feature as well. But all in all I love it!
