This stick blender is very easy to use for soups or sauces. It fits easily into the palm of my hand and has plenty of power to purée soups or whip up a creamy sauce. The included blender cup is great for a whipping up small batches of whipped cream or Caesar salad dressing.

I WISH I HAD BOUGHT ONE EARLIER. I HAVE A BIG BLENDER BUT THIS IS SO MUCH EASIER AND EASIER TO CLEAN UP. I USE IT TO PUREE CHUNKY SALSA, MAKE MILK SHAKES & SMOOTHIES. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS SOMETIMES WHEN PRESSING THE BUTTONS THEY STICK.

Old one died-new one is redesigned--I prefer it not be. Having to use 2 hands to get it started is AWKWARD. Are people really so stupid with these that we have to be protected from ourselves???

Our old blender stick finally broke after too many years to remember. Bought this blender stick because of the stainless steel bottom. It is so easy to clean. Just disconnect the blade section from the motor section and rinse it off. Does a great job of crushing the ice and mixing various ingredients. I know the 2-button system is a safety feature but I do find it a little awkward to have to press both buttons to get it started. STILL LOVE IT THOUGH!
