The blender is much bigger than the super old one that I inherited from my mom, and I was a bit worried that it would be too big for my hands, or that it would be awkward to handle. I’m much relieved on both counts. It’s very easy to handle and even with arthritis it’s no problem at all. And it performs beautifully, too. I am very happy with this purchase.
I really like this blender. I had an older model for 11 years that worked great until it got dropped. It was just one speed and did not have the lock safety button feature. I do like the 2 speed option but do not like having to push the safety button and the run button at the same time. It is great blender though. We use it multiple times a day. I have a cat that was born without a tongue, so I have to puree her food and bottle feed her.
Works great! Very easy to use and to clean. It has cut down the time on some of my recipes that require letting things cool before blending. It does take a bit longer than my NutriBullet to liquify but not by much. There is still quite a bit of time savings and cleaning from avoiding having to transfer to and from a traditional blender.
Simple tool and easier clean up than using my food processor for blended soups or quick blend for frosting. Since it is small but mighty, it takes less space in the previous kitchen cabinet. I enjoy cooking so this kitchen gadget is being used often.
I wore out my last smart stick, but I think it was at least 10 years old. I used it and use the new one to make soups, sauces, fruit butters, anything that needs to be puréed. It is so convenient to not have to transfer the liquid and solids from the pot to a blender and then put them back in the pot!!!
Great machine. I had no problem pushing the unlock button and the mix button as someone stated in a previous review. This machine it light weight and easy to use. I just became a grandmother so the safety button is good to have with little inquisitive people around.
