Love this AND Support!!

I bought this last summer and have loved it. I did have the cheap, white plastic solution feeder snap off a hose so I got a metal replacement hose. After a year of having it it just stopped turning on randomly, so I contacted customer support because it has a 2 year warranty. After giving them some pics, videos and info I'm being mailed a brand new unit! Could not be happier since customer support was a breeze, and I appreciate being sent a replacement asap. Reallly hope this kid doesn't die on me as well, but as of now very happy. NOTE- if you do get a replacement it does NOT get another 2 year warranty, but keeps the warranty time of the first unit I bought.

Amazing Carpet Cleaner!

I have been using a different brand of carpet cleaner for many years and was quite satisfied with it. However, my perspective changed after I purchased this Hoover carpet cleaner. I have beige carpet that is over 25 years old, and this machine worked wonders on it. We have a household with both cats and dogs, so messes are unavoidable. Despite this, the machine effortlessly cleaned up even the most stubborn stains, including set-in urine stains. I appreciate the separate containers for dirty and clean water, as well as the fact that there is no need to mix the cleaning solution. Additionally, removing the brush heads for cleaning is incredibly simple. Honestly, I cannot imagine a better carpet cleaner. I ended up cleaning the entire living room because the results were so impressive, which is not a bad thing at all. My carpets now look better than when I first purchased my house a few years ago. I am genuinely amazed by this product and will continue to choose this brand in the future.

clean water does not feed. Only cleaning soluton. Nothing sucked up at all.

Leaks Water

I haven't been able to use the cleaner yet. On my first use I filled the clean water tank and it leaked out all over the floor. Probably will not be keeping this product since it has had an issue from the very beginning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
