I didn’t know I could love a carpet cleaner

So, I didn’t know I could genuinely adore a carpet cleaner. I regret to admit, I bought this out of necessity and did not have much hope for it, but this wonder-machine has changed my toon. No tools needed to put it together, no “how does this work” if you actually read all the notes in the box. My carpets were clean and not soaking wet(!!) in the end like my last carpet cleaner. My grand finale is that when I finished, I usually need 3 tools and gloves to clean my (trash) carpet cleaner. This one just clicks apart!! Everything that should be cleaned after every use is easily removable (again , read the instructions if you can’t figure it out. I promise it’s there). I already recommended this to a friend. Good job, 10/10 would buy again.

Filter falls off easy

I bought this yesterday, today was my first time using it. As I poured the dirty water down the toilet I saw a red cylinder fall in just as the toilet auto flushed. Why make it so the filter falls off so easily? No I have to order one and am not able to use the machine until it comes!

Leaks badly

I had this product for less than a year it has an issue with draining water all by its self leaving puddles of water. And now it doesn't spray water at all. Very disappointing I have taken it apart.

Tank warped and pieces fell out

I purchased my carpet cleaner less than 3 months ago and its already not working! I am so disappointed with this product. My tank has warped and the tank pieces have fell out and will not go back in. I need a replacement tank ASAP!

This product has leaked all over my carpet twice

I bought this carpet cleaner last year it worked until the water tank started to leak out under the bottom. maybe it was a small defect. Ordered same one with warranty the exact same thing happened

After 3 months it stopped spraying water

After having the cleaner and using it weekly as I have a new puppy it stopped spraying water. I unplugged it to let it sit a few minutes and came back not even 10 minutes later to the whole water tank drained on my floor. What a mess

Amazing preformance!

So amazed, cleans the carpets so well. Juice stains, doggie pee stains and general graying in high traffic areas cleaned with one pass. Better than I expected for a reasonable price.
