[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my product for about a month now and I have cleaned up some pet messes, mud, and other things. It does a good job. One pet mess I had to go over it a few times to clean properly but it didn't completely remove the stain but it did a good job nonetheless. My carpet looks nice and sharp.

We have large rugs that were in need of cleaning and right away I could see the rugs appearing much cleaner and brighter. The amount of dirty water that was extracted by the vacuum was insane. To know we had so much dirt in the rugs and knowing they are now clean is an incredible feeling. I would highly recommend this to keep your rugs and carpet free from dirt. You would be extremely surprised at how much is hiding in there. This vacuum shows you everything that you can't see. The only problems I had with the vacuum are it is heavy to maneuver and it takes a lot of work and commitment to a clean home. You may have to keep refilling the water and emptying the dirty tank and cleaning it out to really get your carpet/rugs clean and once you're done, you'll need to do it again with all clean water to remove the solution from your carpet/rugs. It's a lot of heavy moving, A lot of cleaning and emptying both tanks. But it's so worth it. I still can't believe how much dirt we were living with every day. It's worth all the effort but just make sure you're physically able to do it.

You can wash with it then empty the solution and put clean water in it and rinse with it. My previous Hoover had a switch to use solution or water. Just saying.
