An excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to other carpet cleaning machines that I have owned. This is more practical and easier to use, because the clean water and dirty water tanks are easily removed, and the brushes are removed with the touch of a button. To be able to clean them. It works well and washes floors very well. I love it and would buy it again. I recommend it 100% to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this to try before the holidays to really give those final touches to my home before our guests arrive. Assembly wasn't the easiest, even though they include step by step picture instructions. The pieces don't fit perfectly together, so k spent a good bit of time second guessing myself. The cleaning power left something to be desired. Our carpets were cleaned about 6 months ago professionally, but we do have a 13 month old, so accidents happen. However, this did not seem to get up basic entry way marks. I will continue to try it & see if there maybe is something that can be tweaked & make it more effective, but for now, I have to leave it at "nice to have, but not something I'd recommend."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love itttttt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well...this arrived today from Bzzagent to give a whirl. I had some spills I had been waiting to clean up so I could use this one instead of my old one. I must say, I am impressed with its cleaning power with just a couple of passes over the stain. And the carpet is already just about dry and I just finished a few minutes ago. I am truly appreciative of @bzzagent and @hoover for giving me the chance to try this baby out. I it!!

Size does matter and bigger is better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I have to disclose that I received a free sample of this product in exchange for a fair review With that out of the way I have to say I am very impressed with this cleaner. I have a husky who is pretty hard on carpet and upholstery and this machine definitely is able to keep up with the smells and stains. The best part, though, is that the capacity is large enough to tackle all of my carpet, furniture and rugs in a single go. Previous cleaners, even the commercial grade rental cleaners, couldn't own up to that task. Nothing takes the "steam" out of a cleaning project like having to stop, empty and refill but with this big guy you have the capacity to keep going. The upholstery attachment is easy to use and stores nicely in an included bag. I also found that the assembly of this machine was very simple and straight forward.

The dogs chair is bright again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had all but written off the dogs chair for human enjoyment until I picked up this shampooer to take care of the in-laws floors. I decided to practice with the machine on the dogs chair and to my surprise It's now as bright as new and smells wonderful. Honestly, it was a bit of work but the reward is so nice that it was a bit like therapy. I kind of look forward to shampooing it again just to see if I can make it brighter yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is literally the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Even better than the rental ones from big box stores. I had no idea there was so much crud hidden in my rugs either. This thing was like upgrading to a Cadillac from a yugo! Definitely worth the purchase.

Removing pet stains one cat at a time...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this point in time I would actually give the vacuum a 3.5/5 stars if that was an option. Three is too low, four is too high. I've had a week or so to use it on my rugs and carpeting. Here are my thoughts: First off, the cleaning solution seems to work pretty well. There are stains in places that have been there for months and they were cleaned with relative ease. Speaking of ease though: Going over the carpet (or rug) slowly and deliberately is the best way to go. If you go too quickly you'll risk the solution spilling. So you need to take your time going over your cleaning area. My biggest critique? Definitely the noise. It is a very loud vacuum. In fact, I used it one day and my neighbor was out raking at the time. The next day I ran into her and she commented on the loudness of the vacuum. Not really complaining, just in a passing way. So just be prepared. It's a bit overwhelming at first. Lots of different features and different ways to use the vacuum. In time I'll get used to them all. Good at lifting stains, but loud and cannot be moved too quickly or else solution will leak out.

Super effective, extremely easy

It also did a great job of cleaning cat pee/spray from the carpets (which after having 6 cats can be a lot). It also did a great job of not leaving the carpet wet afterwards. Highly recommended!
