So amazed, cleans the carpets so well. Juice stains, doggie pee stains and general graying in high traffic areas cleaned with one pass. Better than I expected for a reasonable price.

This machine cleans better than any professional carpet cleaning company I have every used. Carpets dry faster, too. My wool carpet used to smell like wet wool for days, but, with this machine, it was dry within hours! I just rescued a German Shepard, and cleaning the carpets with this machine has made my life so much happier and healthier. It's also a cost savings over time. Cannot give it enough praise, what a joy to be so satisfied with a purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest cleaner I have ever owned and cleaning it after was so easy but cleaning is just average. The water container broke on the 2nd time I used it. Not sure if it was just a defective part or if its going to be a problem on all cleaners.
