So far I have only used the carpet cleaner (upholstery tool not used)yet, but I am extremely pleased with the results. Spray solution spread evenly and and the water extraction worked great. Dirty water tank easy to remove, empty and clean. Carpet looked much better after cleaning. Thus far I am pleased with my purchase and results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine works good. But they come with a 25 ft cord which does not go very far. And the water attachment when you use the hand brushes is hard to get in you have to take something and knock it in. So it does not work very well.

Love the Upholstery Attachment

We just got new flooring after 20+ years, so I'm really excited to have this new carpet cleaner. I've owned the older version for several years, but I had the one without the upholstery attachment. I haven't needed to use this on the carpets yet because they're only a few weeks old, but I used it to clean dog puke off the luxury vinyl plank floor in my daughter's room and it worked amazingly. I also cleaned a stain on the couch that I hadn't been able to remove previously.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It Really Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with this vacuum. We have large rugs that were in need of cleaning and right away I could see the rugs appearing much cleaner and brighter. The amount of dirty water that was extracted by the vacuum was insane. To know we had so much dirt in the rugs and knowing they are now clean is an incredible feeling. I would highly recommend this to keep your rugs and carpet free from dirt. You would be extremely surprised at how much is hiding in there. This vacuum shows you everything that you can't see. The only problems I had with the vacuum are it is heavy to maneuver and it takes a lot of work and commitment to a clean home. You may have to keep refilling the water and emptying the dirty tank and cleaning it out to really get your carpet/rugs clean and once you're done, you'll need to do it again with all clean water to remove the solution from your carpet/rugs. It's a lot of heavy moving, A lot of cleaning and emptying both tanks. But it's so worth it. I still can't believe how much dirt we were living with every day. It's worth all the effort but just make sure you're physically able to do it.
