[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Carpet cleaner appears to remove the liquid applied to rug so the rug is drier than the older model but we are not sure if it is cleaning as deep in the carpet as the older one but it works well.

I love that it really gets up the water. I had to call customer service because I didn't have the handle secured in place. They were great and offered to have a new one shipped but my husband found my error. Will recommend this cleaner!!

I did all the carpets in our house and was totally shocked at the increase in dirt it pulled up! Easier to use, empty, and refill, and I'm sure the capacity was greater. Definitely the best 'upgrade' of household 'appliance' we've ever done.
