[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised at how much this vaccuum does not work considering how much I paid for it. It doesn't even take up hair, and I have had to scrub the same areas multiple times on the carpet because the stains are still there as well as pet odor. I have not gotten any positive results and am wondering if the vacuum is broken. I am unhappy with it and want a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I have only used the carpet cleaner (upholstery tool not used)yet, but I am extremely pleased with the results. Spray solution spread evenly and and the water extraction worked great. Dirty water tank easy to remove, empty and clean. Carpet looked much better after cleaning. Thus far I am pleased with my purchase and results.

I haven't been able to use the cleaner yet. On my first use I filled the clean water tank and it leaked out all over the floor. Probably will not be keeping this product since it has had an issue from the very beginning.
