[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was easy but the vacuum would just spray water and not suck anything up. It left my carpet wet and I would try to see what the issue is but I couldn't find answers in the manual provided.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaner was received and did not work. Had to take it to a local service center for confirmation of this and to process as a warranty claim. Why don't they just have you return it on their dime and ship out a new one??? Their policy is terrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine works good. But they come with a 25 ft cord which does not go very far. And the water attachment when you use the hand brushes is hard to get in you have to take something and knock it in. So it does not work very well.

My husband & I purchased two different Hoover models in less than 1 year & neither spray water. Nor can you get any assistance from Hoover! All you get is a BOT!

Clean qater tank broke 2 months after purchase

We really enjoyed the product and would have given 5* rating nut 2 months into using the cleaner the clean water tank valve parts that hold water in the tank and allow it to flow into machine brike inside the tank.
