Very heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is very heavy. As much as I wanted to love this I just didn't. No matter what setting it is on it is too hard to maneuver. It was extremely heavy moving it around when it's not on and when it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: self-retracting cord, the accessory brush bends up to 90 degrees, decent suction Cons: too bulky so you can vacuum under couches, hose is hard to maneuver, doesn't go low enough to clean a non called floor and it just slides instead of grips to suction up things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hoover WindTunnel Cord Rewind Pro Upright Vacuum does a good job getting all the dirt and pet hair off of my floors. I have laminate flooring with rugs and carpet in the bedrooms. All the settings on the head of the vacuum work, for the type of floor, but the knob is difficult to switch between the because of the location. All the attachments work, it would be nice to have a smaller spinning attachment. The vacuum is a little heavy (I am 4'11") and the head of it is bulky and a little big, so it doesn't get into small spaces. The retractable cord is nice, but it doesn't seem to reach as far as other vacuums I owned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The suction on this vacuum is amazing! I own a very hairy dog, and this vscuum made my carpet and my couch look almost like new!! I love the attatchments, which made the couch easy, I was able to do both cushions and under cushions. It lightweight and easy to manage, and worked really well on both my carpet and my hard floors!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum by Hoover. It was really simple to assemble out of the box, and I was able to use it right away. I love that it has a retractable cord, as I have always hated having to wind up a vacuum cord after finishing. The cord is nice and long, so I can make my way around the living room and hallways without having to unplug and switch outlets. It works well on both carpet and my laminate floors. This is a great vacuum that does it all, I would recommend to anyone!

I've been a loyal Hoover follower and user since I've been 10 years old, and now I'm 70. Growing up my parents always used a Hoover. After all these years Hoover never disappoints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the vacuum. I was actually just shopping around for one when this showed up on my front porch. All the attachments are perfect. THE ONLY issue I have is the button for retracting the power cord. It's very flimsy and has to be pushed just so for the cord to go in. I can see this being the first thing broke when it's my son's turn to clean. Other then that I can't even tell you how much dirt and cat hair it picked up AFTER I used my old vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the cord rewind option! I can pull the cord out a little or alot depending on my needs. The cord is longer than most vacuums I have used. The cord does rewind quickly so holding onto it when it retracts is a must. The attachments seems a bit flimsy but worked extremely well and I could get in crevices my expensive Shark vacuum just couldn't. The head sucks up debris along walls and furniture without needing the attachments most of the time. I'm used to about a half inch to an inch of carpet not cleaned unless an attachment is used and this vacuum doesn't do that. It is just a bit heavier than my previous vacuum, but still glides with ease. There are several settings for carpet and hard floor on the head, but it does not swivel like some others. The canister is easy to empty and is a good size so you don't have to stop and empty frequently. There is a small amount of assembly, but it's easy and quick.
