The only vacuum I will buy is a Hoover wind tunnel. They suck up dirt like nobody’s business. This would be my fourth possibly fifth wind tunnel over the last 25 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great suction. Belt breaks way to easily

I used this vacuum 2X and now the brush roll won’t spin. The suction is still there. Did the belt break? I don’t want this vacuum if the belt breaks this easily

So far, so good. No complaints. It picks up well and doesn't drag over the carpet.

Big disappointment

Our retractable cord doesn’t work. The belt went out within the first three months of ownership. Finding a replacement belt has been a big headache. Decided to try to use the hover sitter for a replacement and the site is confusing to use.

The vacuum was easy to unbox and assemble. The rewinding cord is nice, the only issue it doesn't want to retract the entire way.

Very Unreliable Vacuum

I have bought two of these now, as the first one seemingly broke very quickly from switching the vacuum into the upright position. I bought another thinking I may have damaged it due to unluck or poor care, but now this second one broke within only 3 uses. Same issue. The wheel mechanism that changes the height of the vacuum becomes locked in a position so high that it is unable to vacuum anything anymore. Both vacuums broke in under a month, and it baffles me. I have never had any such issues with another vacuum before. I attempted to repair it myself with the first vacuum, but now I'm just fed up with this.
It picks up loose hair but not litter or anything else
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
