[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The winding mechanism is very disappointing. It is the no. 1 reason I bought this vacuum and it is not what I expected. I did not think I would have to hand feed the cord but I did. The vacuum pushes too hard on carpet even after raising it. The suction is very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old one recently broke due to my roommate vacuuming up a slipped drink, so this is my second one and I absolutely love the product ! We have 3 dogs and it's great for pet hair, I vacuum about twice a weeks and it keeps up with the work around the house! Great vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is exactly what I was looking for. Light weight fantastic pick up and easy to use. No swivel! Dislike the swivel.
