[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model again because it will last 20 years. Retractable cord and easy to empty are the favorite features. Great price point, easy to use out of the box. Definitely recommend this and any Hoover product.

This is a one-time use vacuum - literally

I've used this vacuum three times. The first time it worked just fine. The second, it basically just pushed the vacuum powder, and dirt on my floor, all around the room...leaving more of a mess than before. Yes, I then made sure the reservoir was empty, that the tubing and rollers weren't clogged, etc. Tried it again after confirming it was cleaned out. Exact same result. So here I am about 2 months later and really needed to try it again to get some pet hair off of an area rug. All it did was smash the hair deep into the rug in the exact shape and pattern of the roller. Again, leaving more of a mess that will be far harder to get out. This vacuum is basically one-time use. Consider that when purchasing. There is literally nothing in the reservoir of mine, and the rollers are not clogged...it simply...does not vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our Windtunnel 2, that lasted almost a decade, with this one. It is defintely less noisy, and the cord rewind just makes life so easy. The windtunnel suction is the best in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have believed the reviews I read when they said the cord didn't wind back into the vacuum. I haven't even had this a month and already the cord won't go back into the vacuum. I even tried the "tricks" that I read online but that didn't work. So I'm left hanging the cord over the handle. The vacuum itself seems kind of cheap/poorly made. I expected more from Hoover.
