It is a little loud but that could be because I have all hardwood floors. I also love that the vacuum has an option for hardwood floors and carpet. I am so impressed!

The only thing I didn't like as much as others is that the power button on it is an on and off switch on the back that you have to use a hand to turn on and off vs a foot switch. I love the height, it is light, and the suction was amazing.

The different attachments make it easy to dust and get into those hard to reach areas. I'm in love with the no wind cord. It's so simple to just push a button and it winds back in by itself! The canister is so easy to empty and mess free. The only minor complaint I have is that it is pretty loud. But really that's not a major issue. Definitely would recommend this vacuum.

The cord rewind is probably my favorite feature! I have a shark duo clean that a few years old and the hoover outshines it like Marsha to Jan. The only con I have is it can be a little hard to push sometimes but the pros out weigh that! Thanks Hoover!!

It has excellent pick up power, we have four cats and two dogs that are always tracking things in the house and it worked great to pick up behind them, was super quiet transitioned from carpet to hardwood easily and the cord was long enough I didn't have to keep replugging it in different spots to finish the job. The cord rewind is convenient and a much needed addition aesthetically and storage wise. I would definitely recommend this vacuum cleaner to friends and family or anyone looking to upgrade their current vacuum cleaner!

The attachments worked easily to reach the hard to remove cobwebs or any hard to reach area. I have children and dogs and you couldn't tell with how great my home looked
