[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really havent used this generator yet but a couple of observations I made. The access door needs to be a quick latch system. I was into this trying to trouble shoot. The throttle mechanism didn't work correctly and I am afraid I will be accessing this area trying to keep it from sticking like it has been doing.

I bought this generator to use with my 5th. It has performed flawlessly. I needed to replace a part and the "on line" support was great! Part was replaced under warrantee and was sent in a timely manner. Very happy!

So far I do like this generator, it is extremely quiet, I love the remote start. Just trying to figure out why it won't run my entire trailer from the RV outlet. My old generator runs the trailer no problem.
