[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a parting gift from the company I retired from. I've been wanting a Generator that could keep my frig and freezer going in the case of a power outage, and to use on the occasional camping trip. We had that opportunity to take it on a camping trip with a 21 ft travel trailer. It did not disappoint. It provided power to the trailer wich ran my CPAP machine, charged the batteries for the frig and lights, and ran the microwave flawlessly. Didn't need to power the AC, but I'm sure it would have done that also. A tank of gas lasted about 8-9 hours just as Firman promised. We were camping at around 7000 ft and had no issues. We live in the desert and while I was breaking it in had no issues with it's performance in that environment either. I've also had several comments from neighbors and fellow campers during our trip on how quit it ran. I've owned other generators before from two different manufacturers and this generator performed at least as well as, if not better than the the others I've owned.
The generator works great. The initial start up was a challenge as the battery leads were not connected. The quick start instructions indicated they they were and they were not easy to get to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best purchase we've made in a long time. It's quiet, powerful enough to start our trailer A/C when we're away from a power source and the remote let's us stay in bed while we power it up! It's perfect for our needs. #sweepstakes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the generator very quickly, unboxed it, added oil and gas and started on the first pull. It is a little louder than I expected, but does the job intended.
