I bought this unit to never use it. I keep it in the back of my covered pickup bed to power my travel trailer in emergencies. When I got it all I did was add the supplied oil, hooked up the battery, added gas and fired it up! After the recommended break in, I hooked it up to the trailer and it fired off my 13,500 BTU A/C unit without even a hic-up. I roll it to the tailgate once a month and fire it up to run an hour to keep everything working and charged.

We have used this generator multiple times now camping. It is super awesome to be able to start and stop the generator from inside the camper. I was worried it was going to be loud, but it has been surprisingly quite.
