[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given five stars, however, I had to call technical support only a week after receiving it so they could get the head jack working. It took about 30 minutes to get this done. I would expect everything working since it is a brand-new laptop, but if this is the only issue, I am very happy with it so far.
