[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded the storage for DJ use and downgraded the OS from Win11 to Win10. Dropped in the CRUCIAL 4TB P3 PLUS GEN 4 NVME 2280 M.2 and they work great. All the drivers work for Win10.

Perfect for what I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product about a week now and it is perfect for my needs! I do a lot of zoom and webex groups and classes along with streaming videos, using microsoft word, browsing online, etc. It is definitely fast enough and smooth enough for my needs and usage. Also, I love the backlight keyboard, touch screen and Abyss Blue color. Great laptop!

This is a really good computer. Has the features I wanted and does the job I needed it for. The 3 stars is because the speakers are essentially useless. Just constant static and breaking up. Everyrthing else is fine so far.
